AGPT Innovators

AGPT Innovators is our initiative designed to recognize employees for creative, impactful and/or efficient use cases for AlliedGPT.

  • Abby Bennett, VP of Paid Media, recently harnessed AlliedGPT to tackle what would have been a labor-intensive task to get data off of PDFs and into a spreadsheet. Faced with client-submitted sales reports in PDF calendar format, each featuring six daily metrics, Abby successfully used AlliedGPT’s Ask A Doc feature to export all the data into Excel.

  • Initially, combining multiple months in a single PDF proved cumbersome, leading Abby to switch to individual monthly queries before merging the results in Excel. Despite some initial difficulties with AGPT interpreting certain months, Abby’s persistence paid off. Re-uploading the same report a few times often resolved inconsistencies, showing the value of not giving up.

  • Abby found that talking to AlliedGPT "like an intern" — clearly defining the document, specifying desired data for export, and indicating fields to ignore—greatly streamlined the process. This approach let her quickly extract vast amounts of data that would have otherwise needed extensive, time-consuming manual input. This achievement highlights the potential of AlliedGPT when used creatively and persistently. Kudos to Abby for pushing the boundaries and being an AGPT Innovator!

  • We’re on the hunt for more AGPT Innovators! If you or a team member have used AlliedGPT in an inventive way to improve a process, solve a problem, increase productivity, or create something amazing, please let us know.
