AGENCY WORK HIGHLIGHTS

  • ICYMI: to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, our Multicultural team compiled a playlist of 50 songs from all over Latin America. Looking for even more tunes? Check out the Allied Staff Favorites.

  • Our Client Solutions & Media teams worked with the Kimmel Cultural Campus and the Philadelphia Orchestra Association to promote the Philadelphia Fall Arts Fest. To spread the word, the team leveraged radio and TV leading up to the event, with a digital billboard and transit OOH for added exposure. Publicity and Promotions negotiated on-air ticket giveaways and were on site to ensure the live broadcast from our media partner WURD went seamlessly. Overall, there were over 6,000 guests during the 3-hour event.

  • To celebrate the 25th anniversary of South Park, our Brand Experience team delivered a series of global pop-up shops in markets including London, Berlin, and Tokyo with a further experience to follow at Lucca Comics in October. The pop-up experiences are fully shoppable spaces with exclusive merchandise, interactive elements like an iconic bus stop photo activation, a recreation of the Bijou Cinema where fans can watch classic episodes, original artifacts from the series, and plenty of South Park easter eggs.

Ad Vendors / Platforms / Data

  • Meta added several updates to its Call Ads for Messenger, which lets brands connect with customers via a Call Now button within the platform. (AdWeek)

  • US consumers most value features that connect the physical and digital shopping experience, with an app notification when an order is ready for pickup being valuable to 48% of consumers. (Insider)

  • Over 85% of American Gen Z adults have a favorable impression of YouTube, making it the most popular brand with the cohort. Google comes in at No. 2, followed by Netflix and Amazon. (Morning Consult)

  • Google will make Search and Maps more immersive, showing users search results with organized tiles of photos presented like Stories on Instagram. (NYT)

  • Roku will work with Nielsen to track cross-media viewership, enabling four-screen measurement across desktop, mobile, CTV and traditional TV. (TechCrunch)

  • FreeWheel and Comscore have partnered to expand Freewheel's CTV contextual targeting capabilities available through its demand-side platform, Beeswax. (MediaPost)

  • TikTok removed 113M videos in three months. The most common reason for removal was violating policies around minor safety. (The Verge)

  • TikTok rolled out comment downvotes to all users to flag inappropriate responses to video clips. The feature appears in the comment section as a “thumbs down.” (Social Media Today)
